A leading European life sciences organization is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to coordinate patient care throughout the cancer treatment journey. Responsibilities include onboarding new patients, managing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Ideal candidates will hold an RGN qualification, a SACT qualification, have over 3 years of post-registration experience, and possess a background in chemotherapy nursing. A competitive salary starting from £45,365, along with a comprehensive benefits package, is offered.
As a Clinical Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and consultants throughout the cancer treatment journey. You’ll manage the end-to-end process—from onboarding new referrals to offboarding patients—ensuring treatment plans are accurate, compliant, and delivered seamlessly. This role is pivotal in coordinating care across multiple stakeholders, including pharmacists, nurses, schedulers, and external consultants.
