A leading healthcare provider in East Midlands is seeking a Clinical Administrator for Cygnet Elowen Hospital. We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to join our team at Cygnet Elowen Hospital.You'll be working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00am till 05:00pm) helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care.

Your Day-to-Day...
Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
Prepare reports & other written materials
Keep files & records as required
Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
Taking notes & minutes at meetings when required
Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner
What we are looking for is...
An experienced Administrator used to liaising with customers/clients
Organised, naturally helpful and a good multi-tasker
Computer literate including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent
Knowledgeable of telephone systems
Polite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skills
GCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacy
Diligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.
Although it is a set shift pattern we need flexibility to cover annual leave/sickness/training.
