Arlettie is the leader in organising luxury private sample sale events for some of the worlds most renowned fashion houses across London and Paris. Our most loyal partners include Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, Hermès, Jimmy Choo, Kenzo, Lanvin, Ralph Lauren and many more.

We are looking for an energetic, self‑motivated Client Relations Advisor to join our UK team, based in our showroom in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a start‑up business from launch in the UK which will expand on its strong record of running successful events in Paris (£50m turnover in 2018).

Responsibilities
  • Managing the customer service inbox, and contacting clients on a regular basis to provide updates regarding the sales and special events
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services offered at Arlettie
  • Liaising directly with the Marketing Manager on customer experience feedback
  • Brainstorming VIP conversion and campaign strategy
  • Executing phoning campaigns and reporting campaign results
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience as a sales assistant with a premium or luxury brand

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Package
