Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and managing relationships via phone and email.
• Developing knowledge of claims process for Medical Negligence.
• Making amendments to sign-up/medical consent forms.
• Building rapport with clients and ensuring accurate information.
• Monitoring own task list to chase clients for instructions.
