We are a growing facilities management company, expanding our operations in anticipation of a large upcoming contract. To support this growth, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across Hampshire and surrounding areas.
This is a hands‑on, predominantly on‑site role, with office‑based work carried out from our Fareham, Hampshire office.
As Cleaning Manager, you will manage day‑to‑day cleaning contracts, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will supervise Cleaning Supervisors, oversee small works projects, and support the mobilisation of new and expanding contracts.
This role requires eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance, as some client sites are security‑sensitive.
Experience mobilising new contracts and managing multi‑site operations.
