Job summary

A local school in Stevenage is looking for a dedicated cleaner to maintain a bright and clean learning environment for students. The role requires a reliable individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. The position is Monday to Friday from 3.30pm to 6.00pm during term time (38 weeks) with additional holiday cleaning. Physical fitness will be important, and relevant training will be provided. Job description

We are seeking to appoint a cleaner who will take a real pride in their job. The successful candidate will need to be a reliable and capable individual, who can use their own initiative, as well as work as part of a team. We are looking for a committed and flexible person who will work to maintain the school to the highest possible standards. We want our children to have a bright and clean learning environment.

The hours are Monday to Friday from 3.30pm to 6.00pm, term time (38 weeks per year), plus 2.5 weeks holiday cleaning. Experience of cleaning in a non-domestic environment would be beneficial.
