Here at AIS, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Cleaner to join our Facilities and Operations team based in Solihull. You will join us on a part time, permanentbasis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

Your normal working hours will be 3 hours per day (4.30pm -7.30pm), completing 5 days out of 7from Monday to Sunday (inclusive). This equates to contracted hours of 15 per week.

As ourCleaner you will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor, to perform a variety of cleaning duties. As Cleaner you will be responsible for maintaining a designated area to company standards. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must.

Key responsibilities as our Cleaner:

  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas, Kitchen Toilets and Seating Areas
  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping within your allocated area
  • Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish within designated area
  • Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks as and when required
  • Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required to all equipment, Fixtures and fittings within your area and building
  • Stock and maintain supply room, notifying the Housekeeping supervisor when levels run low
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support the overall building housekeeping standards
  • Attend work related training sessions as and when required
  • Understand the COSHH Regulations and ensure all chemicals are used according to instruction
