The successful candidates will provide high-quality support within the classroom, working closely with subject teachers, and will assist with the preparation and adaptation of learning materials to meet the individual needs of students.Laurus Grace is an Alternative Provision 11-16 Free School offering specialist provision for students with Social Communication and/or Social, Emotional, Emotion and/or Mental Health (SEMH) needs. When full, it will provide a high-quality educational provision for 80 students. We take an innovative approach to supporting students in their educational and personal development underpinning by the concept of unconditional positive regard. We follow the outstanding provision within our mainstream Trust secondary schools, to develop a high quality and ambitious curriculum offer to our students that aligns with our Trust Vision.
