• Demonstrable experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
• Willingness to achieve Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel within the region.

• Support apprentices at the Chef Academy with hands-on training.
