Chef de Partie
Location: Heathrow
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our luxury hospitality team in Colnbrook. This is a great opportunity for a talented chef with a love for refined cuisine and excellent attention to detail to be part of a high‑performing kitchen team in a prestigious environment.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your designated section to the highest standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in every dish. You will work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, contributing to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your section efficiently during preparation and service
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation
  • Support junior chefs with guidance and training
  • Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
  • Contribute creative ideas during menu development and tastings
About You
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi‑Chef in luxury, fine dining, or high‑end hospitality environments
  • Confident running a section independently and under pressure
  • Passionate about modern, seasonal cuisine and culinary trends
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of organisation
  • Positive, professional, and team‑focused attitude
