Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure a warm atmosphere for customers and donors.
• Lead volunteers to maintain excellent shop standards.
• Engage and support the volunteer team.
• Assist in sorting and presenting donated stock.
• Deputise for the Shop Manager as needed.
