## Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and driven **Channel Business Manager (CBM)** to lead our go-to-market efforts across the WEUR, MEA region, with a primary focus on **UK & Ireland**. This role is pivotal in strengthening our relationships with **Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP)** partners and expanding their delivery of **Managed Detection and Response (MDR)** services.As a CBM, you will collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business strategies, drive market growth, and enhance customer value. Working closely with global teams - including sales, marketing, and sales engineering - you’ll play a central role in developing and implementing effective regional channel programs.This role requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate autonomously across diverse markets and time zones. You will report directly to the Head of Channel EMEA and work hand in hand to execute strategy.### Your missions :* Develop and execute the regional **channel go-to-market strategy** in collaboration with MSSP partners across WEUR and MEA.* Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners to drive adoption and growth of **MDR and cybersecurity services**.* Collaborate with internal international teams (sales, marketing, sales engineering, product) to align regional plans with corporate objectives.* Identify new business opportunities and support partners in creating tailored value propositions for local markets.* Plan and execute **joint marketing initiatives**, including private events, workshops, and executive sessions with partners.* Monitor partner performance, market dynamics, and business outcomes to ensure objectives are met.* Deliver regular business reviews, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.* Drive continuous improvement in partner engagement, enablement, and satisfaction.* The position is based in the UK and is fully remote.
