Qualifications

• Proven experience in a CDM, Design Risk, or Health & Safety in Design role.
• Deep understanding of design and construction methodologies.
• Comfortable presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Lead Designer's CDM Management Plan.
• Liaise with the Principal Designer to ensure best practices.
• Champion CDM compliance across all work packages.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015

Experience using iTwin

Excellent data management skills

Confident communicator
