Qualifications

• Experience of working collaboratively with contract partners and stakeholders.
• Understanding of sewerage law and operations is desirable.
• Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a safe working environment to achieve Goal Zero.
• Improve customer experience and resolve service issues proactively.
• Monitor contractor compliance and quality standards through workplace audits.
• Manage internal flooding incidents and implement mitigation measures.
• Own all pollutions within catchment and ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify asset investment requirements and record residual risks.
• Participate in a standby rota.
