Hours per Week: Part time (minimum 64 hours per month, opportunity for overtime)

We are twin young men with complex health needs who live at home with our dad and friendly dog. We’re sociable, love music, laughter, and time outdoors, and use wheelchairs and specialist equipment for mobility. We’re looking for a caring, reliable Personal Assistant to join our friendly close‑knit team, mainly for waking nights with some day shifts. The role involves personal care and clinical support including tracheostomy and suctioning, PEG feeding, and seizure monitoring.
You’ll be joining a supportive home care set‑up where our dad takes an active, hands‑on role. It’s important that you are comfortable working within a family home, following guidance while being proactive and confident in your care.
You’ll be caring, reliable, and confident supporting complex needs clients. Experience with tracheostomy, cough assist, PEG, or epilepsy is helpful, but full training and ongoing support are provided. If you’re warm, flexible, and want to make a real difference as part of a family team, we’d love to hear from you.
Flexibility is important, our rota varies, but we can usually offer some in return to suit your needs. Night shifts are typically 12 hours, with shorter day shifts available.
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and are exempt from the provision of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. As part of our Safer Recruitment practices, any offer of employment will be conditional pending receipt of two satisfactory references (see our Safer Recruitment Policy for more information).
