A regional careers organization in Tees Valley is seeking a Careers Coordinator to support the delivery of the local Careers Hub strategy. The successful candidate will work with schools and employers to enhance career outcomes for young people, focusing on quality education and services. The Tees Valley Careers Hub is part of the national Careers Hub network and works in partnership with the Careers & Enterprise Company to connect education providers with local employers, creating meaningful careers opportunities for young people. We believe that young people in Tees Valley should Stay Local, Go Far and are committed to supporting access to opportunities within the region’s key growth sectors.
The role is of a Careers Coordinator within the Business Solutions team to support the delivery of the Tees Valley Careers Hub strategy. The postholder will help to raise aspirations and improve careers outcomes for young people across the region. You will work closely with schools, colleges, training providers and employers to strengthen careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG), lead on designated areas of work, and support the Hub to meet quality and performance standards, including the Gatsby Benchmarks and the Careers Impact System.
Contract: Fixed Term until the end of August 2026.
