About The Role

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people's lives? Join our team as a Care Assistant! As a Care Assistant, you'll provide support and companionship to clients in their homes.

The shifts available will be 3pm - 10.30pm across a range of evenings during the week. This will include working every other weekend. We have part time and full time vacancies available.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals
• Supporting with social activities
• Assisting with medication
• Personal care

We have a comprehensive induction and training programme to provide you with the skills and training necessary to complete the role, and your community mentor will be there to support you every step of the way.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
• A kind and caring nature, a serious commitment to work and a desire to work in an organisation where you can make a real difference.
• Availability to work shifts on both Saturday and Sunday each week between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
