Qualifications

  • Flexible to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential).
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential).
  • Experience with Rostering care calls on an electronic system.
  • Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

  • Roster and template care calls using an electronic system.
  • Oversee the care team and ensure staff development.
  • Create, manage, and monitor customer care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practices.
  • Work with the Recruitment Team to maintain staffing levels.
  • Provide emergency support and cover care calls as needed.
  • Build relationships with care staff and service users.
  • Participate in the paid on-call rota.
