Domiciliary Care Assistant

Location: Manchester, Trafford

Hours: Full Time & Part Time (shift times 7am‑10pm, including alternate weekends)

Pay: £12.30 - £13.80 per hour

Driving licence and access to a vehicle essential as travel throughout Trafford is required. You will also take clients out on social calls, so a car is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients to meet their desired outcomes (meal preparation, medication administration, companionship, personal care, and social visits).
• Work as part of a team of all ages from a wide variety of backgrounds.
• Record the support you have offered by keeping accurate records and communicating clearly with your team members.
• Offer an outstanding service that is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well‑led.
• Deal with elderly people who have dementia.
