Mileage: 40p per mile (drivers)

About the role

We’re expanding in Eastbourne and looking for kind, reliable people to support adults in their own homes. You’ll be part of a supportive, award‑winning Brighton branch team with clear training and ongoing development.

What you’ll do

• Provide personal care, medication support, meal prep and light household tasks
• Offer companionship and encourage independence
• Travel between client visits in the local area
• Keep clear, accurate visit notes

What you’ll get

What we’re looking for

• A caring, patient approach and good communication skills
• Reliability and professionalism
• Able to work alternate weekends and some early/evening shifts
• Drivers: Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
• Non-drivers: Confident using public transport (free bus pass provided)
• Right to work in the UK (required)

Training & compliance

Full training and shadowing provided. If successful, you’ll need to attend the branch to verify Right to Work and compliance documents in person (enhanced DBS required—guidance provided).
