Exmouth Office | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
£12.48 per hour

River Exe Healthcare is a family‑run, CQC‑regulated home care provider supporting people across East Devon and South East Cornwall. We’re looking for an organised and approachable Administrator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our Exmouth office.

This is a key role at the heart of our service, supporting managers, carers, and the people we care for.

The role

You’ll provide essential administrative and financial support, helping to keep accurate records, manage enquiries, and ensure the office runs efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General office administration and record‑keeping

  • Supporting payroll and meeting weekly/monthly deadlines

  • Assisting with onboarding and staff paperwork

  • Handling calls and queries from carers, families, and professionals

  • Liaising with GPs, District Nurses, and external partners

  • Taking minutes for meetings and following up on actions

  • Using care management and care planning systems

About you
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in office administration (care experience desirable but not essential)

Pay & benefits
  • £12.48 per hour, Monday–Friday (9–5)
