Care Administrator – Domiciliary Care Agency (Aberdeen)

Location: Aberdeen
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

Our client is a busy, friendly domiciliary care agency based in Aberdeen, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes. They are looking for a Care Administrator to join the office team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a caring, people‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Supporting carers with general queries
  • Keeping records accurate, up to date and well organised
  • Assisting with rotas, timesheets and general admin tasks
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration
  • Liaising with clients and families when needed
  • Supporting compliance and regulatory administration
