A local educational institution in Portsmouth is looking for a Campus Facilities and Maintenance Manager. Salary: £36,578.56 - £37,660.70 Full Time Equivalent per annum
Hours of work: 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Full-Time, Permanent

The Campus Facilities and Maintenance Manager shall lead the operational Estates team of their respective Campus, including the Estates & Cleaning Supervisors, Cleaners and Caretakers, and be responsible to the Head of Estates & Facilities for ensuring the team is enabled to meet the College’s objectives.
In addition, with City of Portsmouth College committed to embedding sustainability as a core value throughout its operations and its transition toward net zero, the post holder shall work closely with the Director of Operations on the delivery of its sustainability strategy as the College traverses its carbon reduction journey.
