A leading energy company seeks a skilled P6 Planning Engineer to plan projects within Transmission and provide lifecycle support using Primavera P6. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning large capital projects, strong relationship-building skills, and a positive attitude. This position balances home and office working, supporting work/life integration, and offers a salary of up to £55,000 plus performance-related bonuses and comprehensive benefits for family and wellbeing.
Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations – Perth, Aberdeen or Glasgow.
Salary: up to £55,000 depending on experience + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible Working options available. Hybrid working with a split between home and office is available for this role to support your work/life balance.
SSEN Transmission are responsible for building and reinforcing the network infrastructure including connecting all renewable energy generated in the North of Scotland, islands and offshore to achieve NetZero. The successful candidate would be expected to travel between different SSE offices/project sites, with the occasional overnight stay. Therefore, a driving licence is required.
