The Business Systems Analyst team comprises experienced analysts who collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements into clear user stories for development and QA teams. Their primary focus is to enhance our customer‑facing 1Portal by managing new products, integrating with Salesforce, and implementing innovative solutions to deliver a seamless user experience.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our projects. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to gather and analyse business requirements and processes. You will be working across a range of systems from our award‑winning 1Portal to our CRM system as well as web services and APIs.
