The role involves hybrid working at home and the Dundee office, requiring strong IT and Microsoft Office skills. As Business Support Assistant you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive business support service by undertaking a range of business support duties for the service.
You will have experience of inputting, maintenance and retrieval of information from various IT software systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Office 365, Word, Teams and Excel. Good oral and written communication skills, numeric and organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and to work independently and use own initiative is essential. You will have flexibility, as may be requested to work at different locations.
