Job Description / Person Specification

The Property Asset Management service at Nottinghamshire County Council is looking for a Property Business Support Administrator to join the existing team and support the delivery of property services at the council. If you think the job is for you, we would welcome your application.

This role will be the first point of contact into Property Services and will be responsible for directing enquiries to the correct team members to be handled. You will be able to manage multiple incoming requests, cope well under pressure and have excellent organisational and customer care skills. Meeting arrangement, minute taking, financial transactions and processing of landlord consent applications also form part of this position.

In addition to the salary, you will enjoy a flexible working environment, with a minimum of 25 days annual leave per year, support with your own personal development, and the generous local government pension scheme.
