We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The role provides essential operational, administrative, and coordination support within a dynamic wireless telecoms environment. It plays a key part in helping cross‑functional teams deliver telecoms dependencies efficiently and in alignment with client timeframes.

Main Activities and Tasks
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Design, Build, and Commercial teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and assist with reporting and data entry.
  • Monitor and manage purchase orders, invoices, and project tracking activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Maintain internal and client systems with accurate and up‑to‑date project information.
  • Assist with document control, compliance checks, and team communications.
Required Education & Trainings
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Project Support, or a related field.
  • Training or experience in telecoms operations is required.
Required Experience
  • Previous experience in telecoms, construction, or utilities environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or project coordination roles supporting technical teams.
