  • Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: Full time, permanent
  • Commission: Performance based commission
  • Holidays: 34 days (including statutory holidays)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our next phase of growth – expanding into new markets, sectors and regions. As our Business Development Manager you will work closely with our small, dynamic team at our office in NeoSpace, Riverside Drive, Aberdeen.

You will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities and building client relationships. You will have ownership of the sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and reporting on performance. This role is best suited to someone who thrives on hitting targets, is confident engaging with different levels of decision makers and has a genuine interest in safety, risk and software innovation.

We are looking for someone who brings energy, experience and a determination to deliver results.

You will have:

  • 5-10 years proven experience in business development, in B2B sales
  • Track record of selling SaaS, technical or engineering software products
  • Strong understanding of process safety, risk management or major hazardous industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Be self motivated, with a results driven mindset and the ability to work independently
