Business Development Executive – Hybrid BPO Business

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Hybrid BPO business team to promote our Business Process Outsourcing solutions on AI OCR, workflow management and automation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and technology to grow their career. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales efforts, and building strong client relationships to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of business development strategies to help achieve company sales goals.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in existing and new customer base.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
  • Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Keep updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably related to outsourcing or technology solutions.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both Cantonese and English is a must; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a growing company.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a team player.
  • Experience on AI OCR and workflow management is an advantage.
