Business Centre Executive

Location: Primarily remote, with 1 day per week in our Milton Keynesoffice

Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - וואָס Friday

Salary: Paying up to £24,500

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Business Centre Executive to support our Hyundai Team. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on client care, administrative coordination and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Preparing and managing customer637 agreements, renewals, and documentation
  • Booking and coordinating demo vehicles with third-party providers
  • Responding to client enquiries by phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA and internal standards
  • Supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in client services, кадров or customer support
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) gheallCRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
