  • Ensuring robust systems for governance, health and safety, and statutory compliance.
  • Working closely with the Headteacher and Trust to deliver operational excellence.

The Suthers School is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business and Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of our school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic oversight of school business operations, including finance, HR, facilities, and compliance
  • Managing budgets and ensuring financial efficiency in line with Trust policies
  • Leading and developing administrative teams and overseeing recruitment processes
