Overview

Business Analyst Report Template – This role focuses on developing and refining business analysis reports and templates to support decision-making, improve governance, and enable data-driven insights across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and maintain business analysis report templates and KPI dashboards to communicate performance and trends clearly.
  • Gather, analyze, and present data to stakeholders; lead workshops to explain data instruments and ensure proper usage within the business.
  • Track and report on key metrics (e.g., KPIs, MQLs/SQLs, revenue, costs) and compare performance over time to drive progress and profitability.
  • Explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements, strategy, and change management.
  • Ensure proper credit is given for created or modified documents and maintain version control.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure the latest data is accessible in a single, up-to-date location.
  • Document the business impact of projects and changes, including requirements, use cases, and potential risks.
Qualifications
