As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the charity. You will gain hands‑on experience in stock control, customer service, and administration while working towards a nationally recognised Business Administration qualification.

Job Spec
- Order stock from suppliers as required
- Maintain accurate stock records and update stock management systems
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure popular products are always available
- Assist with preparing and dispatching customer orders
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time
- Liaise with couriers and logistics providers if needed
- Communicate with customers by phone and email in a friendly, compassionate, supportive and professional manner
- Answer queries about products, orders, or services, referring to senior staff when appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers feel supported
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information
- Prepare and send routine emails and correspondence
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth running of the organisation
- Willig to attend events when necessary and participate in social media posts with a profession and supportive attitude
- Follow all company policies, including data protection and confidentiality

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication, both written and verbal
- Confident use of IT systems (Microsoft Office, stock/order management software, email platforms)
- Problem-solving and prioritisation

Hours of work
Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5pm (35 hours per week)
