A leading healthcare charity in the East Midlands is seeking a part-time Business Administrator to manage enquiries and assist in financial administration. The role involves resolving data quality issues and working closely with the Business Administration Manager to enhance processes. Applicants should have experience in customer-oriented business functions and possess good IT skills. The position offers an hourly rate of £12.33 for 22.5 hours a week, along with various health and lifestyle benefits.

Handle enquiries and general queries.
Assist in financial administration.
Resolve Data Quality issues.
Work with the Business Administration Manager to continually improve process.
Support any other Business Administration requirement.
Contacting Insurance companies for authorisation.
Experience of working in a busy customer facing business support function.
Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
Have good IT (Excel/Word) and keyboard skills.
