Are you passionate about developing the next generation of elite goalkeepers? Burton Albion FC is seeking Academy Casual Goalkeeping Coaches to join our team at The Pirelli Stadium and Academy training grounds.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with the Academy Head of Coaching to deliver engaging, high‑quality training sessions for goalkeepers aged 9‑16. You’ll be responsible for implementing the Academy’s goalkeeping curriculum, monitoring player progress, and providing regular feedback through detailed player profiles and review reports. Your expertise will help shape individual training plans, develop fitness programmes in collaboration with sports science staff, and ensure all coaching aligns with the club’s playing philosophy.
You’ll also play a key part in identifying and recruiting talented young goalkeepers, contributing to multi‑disciplinary team meetings, and continually reviewing and enhancing the coaching programme to meet the needs of each player. Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding, equality, and club values is essential.
What we’re looking for:
