A local government authority is seeking a Building Control Surveyor to ensure the built environment is safe and accessible. The role involves working on projects from plan checking to completion, collaborating with various teams, and participating in an out-of-hours rota. Candidates must be registered inspectors (Class 2A to 2F) and possess a full driving license. The authority offers a supportive working environment and professional development opportunities.
Salary: Up to £50,011 plus a 10% Market Related Payment and a Golden Hello Payment of up to £5,011

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model where at least 2 days a week are office based after inspections.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a committed team and supporting services. You’ll gain experience across a wide range of administrative tasks with ongoing training and development provided.
