Qualifications

• Must have a solid understanding of modern building techniques.
• Experience in a training or college-based environment is preferred.
• A valid driving license and willingness to maintain First Aid and H&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Supporting training hub setup and delivery.
• Teaching and coaching apprentices in practical sessions.
• Recording apprentice progress for learning records.

Skills

Experience in brickwork or groundworks

Understanding of tools and materials

Confidence working with apprentices

Strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently

Education

Level 2 qualification in Bricklaying or Groundworks

Recognized teaching or coaching qualification
