Qualifications

• Educated to HNC or higher in relevant engineering discipline.
• Sustained Continuing Professional Development.
• Experience across all stages of a project lifecycle.
• Experience of large complex projects in the infrastructure sectors (Desirable).
• Project experience in supporting or managing the BIM process.

Responsibilities

• Coordination, assurance, and implementation of BIM according to the SCS BIM Execution Plan.
• Support development of the Master Deliverables List.
• Provide coordination reports on interfaces between disciplines.
• Run Project BIM Clinics for task team members.

Skills

Experience across all stages of a project lifecycle

Understanding of BIM in design and construction phases

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams

Working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations

Education

HNC or higher in relevant engineering discipline
