  • Leading High‑Stakes Responses: You will lead bid responses for multi‑million value national, trust‑wide, and ICB‑level bids.

  • Shaping Strategic Pursuits: You'll collaborate with opportunity owners to establish pursuit management strategies that maximize our influence and win probability.

  • Mastering the Framework Landscape: You will own our response to key strategic procurement frameworks and identify new opportunities that support our long‑term growth.

  • Strategic Pursuit Management: Ability to coordinate large, cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality responses to strict deadlines.

  • Excellent Bid Writing: Exceptional writing skills with an intense focus on exceeding requirements and creating compelling win strategies.

  • Process Excellence: A "completer‑finisher" mindset with a focus on robust bid qualification and continuous improvement of the bid function.

  • Analytical Reporting: Capability to establish processes for reporting key bid activities and metrics to improve business‑wide visibility.

  • Healthcare & SaaS Knowledge (Bonus): Knowledge of public procurement (Procurement Act, Social Value Model), SaaS offerings, or direct health system experience.
