Job description

To provide physiotherapy support for the Belles first-team at training sessions and matches and support the ETC, where required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage first-team physiotherapy, providing support for injured players and providing rehabilitation plans.
  • Reporting into the first-team manager on injury status and prevention.
  • Manage ETC physiotherapy, providing support for injured players and providing rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide updates to the ETC Centre Manager on player injury status, prevention and advice on loads.
  • Be present and familiar figure at all first-team fixtures.
  • Be a champion of safeguarding and an approachable figure for players, particularly from the ETC.
  • Ensure all medical equipment is fit for purpose.
  • Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
