VACANCY FOR BEHAVIOUR ASSISTANT

Salary: Grade 6, Points 7-,12 Meridian Trust Pay Tables, £22,676.12 - £24,561.28 actual (£26,403 - £28,598 FTE)

Hours of work: 37 hours, 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 training days)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Assistant to join our committed, enthusiastic team at Stratton School.

You will support the positive behaviour of all students across the school. Ensuring students achieve their full potential, whilst supporting the behaviour spaces within the school to support learning.

  • Work with the line manager with all behaviour-based requests, providing pastoral and academic support.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to embed therapeutic thinking.
  • Promote inclusion and acceptance for all.
