Overview

Bonnie & Wild is looking for a confident and energetic Bar Supervisor with a passion for people, customer service, and Scotland’s amazing food and drink. This is a hands-on role in Bonnie & Wild’s Scottish Marketplace, supporting and supervising the bar team and contributing to a dynamic hospitality brand.

A thriving events programme means you’ll also be tasked to work on events, from private dinners to major brand activations, wedding receptions to cooking contests, with brands and organisations ranging from Bowmore to Bruichladdich, Edinburgh Beer Factory to Fierce Beer, Scotland Food & Drink to Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce.

Role responsibilities:

  • assisting with HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and team development
  • supporting the business as we work to meet energy and water reduction targets and reduce our carbon footprint
  • acting as an ambassador for Bonnie & Wild as we work collectively to champion Scotland’s amazing food and drink products and producers

  • be flexible with working hours as our venue is open from 9am to midnight
