Qualifications

• Qualified RNLD with active NMC registration and 6-12 months post-registration experience.
• Understanding of NMC guidelines and ongoing professional development.
• Minimum of six months' experience in a mental health or learning disabilities care environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
• Assess, plan and deliver nursing care with patient and carer involvement.
• Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
• Engage with patients to assess their needs and evaluate their progress.
