Ready to take the behind the scenes at one of the UK’s most iconic venues? Aramark UK is looking for a Back of House Supervisor to join our team at Principality Stadium – home to unforgettable matchdays, world-class concerts and major events.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you’ll ensure the smooth running of all back-of-house operations. From managing kitchen logistics to supporting our culinary and hospitality teams, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences for thousands of guests.

  • Oversee all back-of-house operations on match days and major events

  • Support kitchen teams with equipment, logistics, and timely service
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene across all areas
  • Supervise and motivate a team of back-of-house staff, ensuring training and development
  • Work closely with chefs and front-of-house teams to guarantee smooth service flow
  • Assist with planning and preparation for large-scale events and conferences
