Remote Automation Test Engineer

Requirements

• Experience building automated tests using Selenium or similar tools
• Strong scripting skills across both automated and manual testing
• API testing experience (Postman or similar)
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps test plans, test runs, defect tracking, and CI/CD
• Clear documentation and reporting skills
• Collaborative working style and ability to constructively challenge
• Detail‑focused, practical approach with strong ownership and follow‑through
• Blazor application testing (SSR/WASM) is advantageous but not essential
• Experience working in CI/CD‑driven environments

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the testing approach
• Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for automated and manual testing across the platform
• Build and maintain automated UI tests for our Blazor (SSR/WASM) web platform using Selenium or equivalent tools
• Develop and execute automated API tests (e.g., using Postman)
• Perform manual and exploratory testing where required
• Define and lead the overall testing approach, identifying and prioritizing improvements
• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, maintaining and extending pipelines
• Raise clear, structured defects in Azure DevOps and track them through to resolution>
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices
