Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties in Brighton/Bognor and surrounding areas. They must ensure every property is well maintained, repairs are carried out in a timely manner, and all relevant compliance and legislation are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will already be working as an AST Property Manager, ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualified, and have a genuine passion for property. We will also consider applicants with transferable skills who are looking to progress and achieve ARLA Propertymark qualifications after a qualifying period.
