• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial banking or a similar financial services role.
• Experience in trading businesses will be beneficial.

• Sound understanding of risk, governance, AML, and KYC frameworks.

• Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of business customers with lending up to £10m.

• Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell banking products.
• Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
