Associate Dentist – Mixed Practice (Private-Focused)

📍 Dalkeith, Midlothian
Job type: 4–5 days per week | Permanent Position – 37.5 hours per week
💷 £80,000 – £120,000 per annum (DOE)

We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist on behalf of a modern, fully digitised mixed dental practice located in Dalkeith, Midlothian. The practice is well-established, with two surgeries and an experienced clinical management team providing excellent support.

This is an excellent private-focused opportunity, with a small NHS commitment limited to children only.

The Practice

• Fully digitised, modern, and well-equipped

The Role

• Deliver high-quality private general dentistry
• Manage an existing patient list
• Small NHS list (children only)
• Opportunity to significantly increase private earnings
• Monday & Tuesday from 1st February
• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday available after one month (Flexible working 4–5 days per week)

Remuneration

• 50% remuneration
• 50% lab bill split
• £80,000 – £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and private conversion
