Job description
The Business Management Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the AI & Innovation division by providing high-quality administrative, operational, and coordination support. Reporting to the Business Management & Support Lead, the role helps to streamline processes, track key priorities, and enhance productivity across the division. The postholder will support divisional leadership by maintaining schedules, managing workflows, supporting reporting cycles, and ensuring communication and documentation standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to an ambitious, fast-paced team environment.**Key Responsibilities****Essential Skills** 2–4 years’ experience in administration, business operations, or team coordination, ideally within a matrixed or fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise materials. Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. **Desirable Skills** Experience supporting senior leadership or executive offices.
